"Since we were buying from out of state it was important for us to get a  word of mouth recommendation. My best friend knew Ken and was confident  he would be able to meet our needs and upon speaking with him I knew he  was the right choice.  Ken was knowledgeable, personable, easy to talk to, and very helpful. He  went the extra mile to help us find what we were looking for and made  our out of state purchase much simpler. Without him I feel we would have  needed to fly in and spend extra money but he eliminated that expense  by FaceTiming us and working with our family to search for the perfect  home."
