"Ken was extremely professional and worked diligently to help sell my  home. When it seemed like things weren’t looking so great in terms of  finding a buyer, he remained optimistic and talked me through the  process. If it weren’t for him, I don’t know what I would have done! Ken  has the patience of Job and always was quick to get back to me  regarding questions that I had. Even if he was in a meeting or otherwise  preoccupied, he communicated that with me and that he would get back to  me when he was available.
